Spotify kicked everyone off family plan

My Question or Issue

Woke up to no Spotify. My dad (the head of the plan) got 2 emails (attached below), and then everyone was kicked off the plan. It says it had issues processing our payments, and that's why it stopped. Currently it gives us the options of signing up for new plans, but we don't want new plans, we just want the old one, with all the members, back. 

Is there any way to do this? To update the payment info without starting a whole new plan?

To answer your question in short - there is no way to immediately get the old plan back. Once the accounts revert back to free after an unsuccessful payment, you'll need to start a new subscription as the old one would have already been closed. Head to this article to dig for possible reasons why the payment failed.

Your dad will need to sign up for a new plan using a valid payment method. When his payment goes through, he will be able to add your family members to the plan. It's important to make sure to use the old accounts you have in order to find all of your playlists.
