Familienmitglied Adresse wird nicht akzeptiert

Familienmitglied Adresse wird nicht akzeptiert

Hallo

Bei der Anmeldung eines Familienmitgliedes wird immer wieder die Adresse als falsch deklariert, obwohl Sie übereinstimmt mit der Adresse de Aboinhabers. Ich kann  dager meinen Sohn nicht  bei Spotify Premium registrieren.

Please share the exact error message they're seeing when they try to accept the invite for the Premium Family plan.

I have the same problem. The following return massage appears: 

"Ihr müsst dieselbe Adresse haben.
Sieht so aus, als versuchst du gerade, Premium Family von einem anderen Land aus beizutreten. Premium Family ist nur für Familienmitglieder verfügbar, die zusammenwohnen. Versuch’s nochmal, wenn ihr euch an derselben Adresse aufhaltet."

In order for your family to join the plan, their accounts' country settings need to match yours - you folks can check that on the account page.

 

It's worth mentioning that a Premium account's country is determined by payment method being used, so make sure you're using one that is issued in the country you're currently residing in. If some of your family members have an active Premium subscription of their own, it's recommended they cancel and wait until the account reverts to free, then make sure their country settings are correct before they join your plan.

Same problem here. The suggested method is not userfriendly and if a tech company is not able to fix this kind of problems i ve to look for others like tidal or apple. I m sorry cause i liked the algorithm. Bye spotitfy
