Family Account, Same Address but suddenly kicked out of Family group

Hi I am part of my husband's spotify account for Premium Family. We live in the same house in Ma;aysia, but both travel a lot and use VPN often for work purposes. For some reason my account has been kicked out of the Premium Family account now and I cannot get back into it. He has resent me a new link to upgrade again, but am getting errors. So frustrating!!!!! Pls help

You should get in touch with Spotify directly by using the contact form or @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They will be able to take a look at your account and fix the issue.
