Family Plan emails kids accounts but not mine

Family Plan emails kids accounts but not mine

Our family plan expired apparently. The main account (Mine never got emailed saying the credit card expired) However the kids accounts apparently got one saying it was paused today. The main account and email didn't get this email.

Now I have to redo it all and start a new family account. There should be a way you can just reactivate the family account and not have to readd everyone. This seems ridiculous.  Especially if it says "paused"

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If the Premium Family plan was ended for any reason, you'll, unfortunately, have to re-invite people who'd like to be part of the new plan.

Yes I get that.

I'm arguing that they should:

a) not use the word "paused" since it's clearly a lie.

b) email the main account, not the subsidiary accounts.

c) change it so that you can click on something and everyone in the family plan is auto-added instead of having to readd everyone.
