My Question or Issue

Hi, I've a family plan and moved house, and I want my new partner who I now live with to have access to the plan but it says she's in a different country, we can't seem to get around this. Please help!

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I'd recommend making sure that the country setting of the Family plan owner's account (yours) and the account that is trying to join match. This can be done at https://spotify.com/account.

 

You can learn how to update your country setting at https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/.
