Family Premium paused

Family Premium paused

Hey!

I got a message that my Family Premium subscription is paused because failed payment. I haven’t switched cards and I have enough money on the banking account. When they offer to stay on my plan and update my payment, then it’s just Premium account, not Family.

I want to continue my current plan but having issues with it. A little help is much appreciated.

In this case, it's best to reach out to Support so that they can take a closer look at your account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

 

Generally, it's best to check out the info provided here in case of one or multiple failed payments.

Hi. I thought I cancelled spotify when I didnt have enough to pay for it last month. Ive since tried restarting it and it won't let me update my card to restart things?
