Family link not working despite space in the plan

My Question or Issue

The link to my family plan isn't working for my sister. I can see there is 1 spot left in the plan, but when she clicks on the link, she's told to try again later. She has a premium account and isn't in any other family or duo plans. Can I somehow generate a new link?

Can you find out what type of payment method she's using to pay for her Premium subscription? 🙂

It could be related to that. In such case, she would have to cancel her subscription. Once it has ended, she should be able to accept the invite.

Im having the same problem. I had a Duo account but now my sister invited me to the Family Plan but when i go to write our adress the page says there was an error. We do live together and there still space in the Plan so idk why it wont let me. Please help!
