My Question or Issue

My daughter found some new Lego Ninjago Audiobooks, which she was able to play a few days ago. But since 3 or 4 days, she cannot play them anymore.

The tracks cannot be added to the queue and won't even play on the Webplayer. This does not affect my other family members, which makes it really strange.

For the affected albums the green play button also states only "Shuffle" and not play. (But it doesn't play anything, too ;))
