My Question or Issue

Our main account is under my wife, but 3 of our family members have all been using it and fighting over air time. We upgraded to family and sent out the invite.

I tried on my phone first, at my home address, my phone had been logged into the main account, and I got the message "You can't join your own plan!" That error message won't go away. So I tried on my tablet, I clicked on the invite and tried creating a new account from home and it created a new "free" account for me instead. I need help please...

Indeed, creating a new account should have worked and that account should have been set to premium. Please contact Contact spotify
