Had to renew my Spotify account since my old CC stopped being accepted by your service.
After the renewal, it asked me to create the family again. I sent the invites but they can't join. Every time we try, the service returns an error 600.
The only thing it asks is the family member address, which is the same I put when I renewed the account. I tried the old address but it still returns the error 600.
Suggestions?

Make sure you have same country as the admin on your profile. I had that problem because it was a Facebook account abroad, but after changing it in My Profile (don't know how it is in the english version) all worked well using the code from the email. Good luck!
This is strange, because on the spotify website, there is no error code 600. I tried checking here, but there is no.: https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/troubleshooting/error-codes/

Unfortunately not. I "corrected" the situation creating new accounts for my family with a new account made in Brazil, which used a lot of technical skills to do since we don't live there anymore.
Funny, because my account still appears with our Seattle address.
Also, now we have access to lots of Brazilian playlists (which we truly don't care) and lost access to a lot of other media.
Right now it is working, but we don't know if we'll keep this for a long time.

All you need is to make sure you set all the family geographical location (click account / profile) and make sure everyone is in the same country. Voila! The family sharing wont be an issue

Actually it's not that simple. Sometimes users who have their accounts created through Facebook have this problem even when they do it.

I to have this problem However, it just says formatting error and that I need an @ sign but in the email there is one and it's formatted correctly.
Ok @JoshWood, what if you try again using different browsers in your computer?
I am experiencing the same issue as @joshwood. I have tried to use different browsers and am still getting an error message that says "Please match the requested format" even though the email was filled in correctly. I am not sure if this helps but I had created my account using Facebook.
This is being looked into at the moment by spotify I just facebooked them and their taking care of but thank you for the help.

Hey I experienced this too! - I have recently moved country, so all I did was go to profile and update all the information, then I tried again and it worked first time. Hope this somehow helps your situation.
Had the same problem. Turns out I was registered in another country lol, I can't remember why. So I went to Profile, changed my country, and it finally went through. Thanks for the solution.

Infelizmente não é possível. Para fazer parte de um plano Premium Familiar, é necessário morar no mesmo endereço físico do Administrador do plano.
