We have moved to France and struggling to recover our family plan

Hey there! I am happy to help and thanks for reaching out to the Community!

the plan's manager should be able to change their address following these steps. Once the plan's manager changes the address, the members of that plan will be asked to verify the address again, and they'll be able to enter the new address. Make sure that the new address is entered the same through all of the members.
