Family premium account with foreign phones

Family premium account with foreign phones

We have started a family account with my wife and kids, we all live under the same roof but we use French and Dutch mobile phones. For some reasons, Spotify does not allow us to join the family group and thinks we live in different countries. Is there a way aorund it? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It doesn't really matter where the device was purchased or which region is set within the OS. What does matter, though, is the country setting set within the Spotify account, so I recommend making sure it is set correctly at https://spotify.com/account.

Thanks Maxim and I tried that, but Spotify does not let me change the country, I am stuck on "Netherlands"
