Family premium

i have family premium and I’ve added my uncle and mom and they joined no problem and received the premium benefits I tried to add my dad and when he joins he doesn’t get the premium benefits he’s still on the free plan. But when I check my family plan all 4 of us are under the family premium and only 3 of us are able to reap the benefits of the premium plan. I tried taking him off, deleting the app off his phone, redownloading it and adding him again and nothing seems to work. Why doesn’t it work for my dad?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend making sure that your dad uses the exact same account when accepting the invite and when logging into the app.

He can also head into the app's Settings > Account and there he'll see his username. He can then head to https://spotify.com/account and see if it matches.
