How do current Spotify Family Premium members get your current gift of a Free Google Mini? I've been a Family Premium Member for over 3 years and I'm hoping you are going to extend the same gift to current Family Premium Members versus to just only new subscribers. Please advise on how current Family Premium Members can receive the Free Google Mini? Thank you!

How come your webpage allowed me to sign up for the family plan, offered me the promotion, and quoted me a price in Canadian dollars if I am ineligible as a Canadian for the home mini for free?? Did I just upgrade for no reason?? wth
Right now, when I go to the link (which lists the promo on the page) and sign in, I'm getting a message that I'm not eligible even though I'm a Family subscriber. Anybody else running into that?
I’ve also been a family member for sometime now and i see the same where it says i am not eligible for the offer
I was getting the same message, so I contacted Spotify support. Try going to the following URL if you already have Spotify family: http://spotify.com/us/googlehome/register

It finally worked for me but it took a while
When I click the button it just says you have already shown interest in this offer thanks. Then nothing else... will I get an email or is it hey we see your interest too bad
Try using an incognito mode. They did recommend that for me as well. Not sure what else it could be, and I would recommend contacting support.

When I followed the link to http://spotify.com/us/googlehome/register, I got a message that I was on the list and would get an email when the device was ready. About 2 minutes later, I received an email with a link to the Google store that included the promo pricing ($0.00) at checkout.
i submitted my request for the free Mini and then received an email from Spotify that said "Your Google Home Mini awaits" so I clicked on the Get It Now button in the email. This took me to the Google store where I selected a color. Then it went to a page that said my bill would be $49.
uh, that's the normal price, right? where's the free version?
