How to verify family for family premium?

I don't remember entering an address, but I am almost positive my husband and I have different addresses on our Spotify accounts since we each had accounts before marrying. I have yet to change my mailing address, is there another way to prove we are married? Silly question I know (perhaps a marriage certificate =P)
