My Question or Issue

Ive been a Spotify premium customer for longer than I can remember and a Spotify Family Plan Member and I was never able to redeem the free Google Home Mini because of site issues always glitching. Is there anything to right this wrong

First, would you mind trying to redeem the offer from a different device? Make sure to try using different browsers, as well as opening an incognito window.


If that doesn't work and you're still getting the same error as the one in the screenshot, then let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Hi I'm also experiencing the same issue. I tried a couple weeks back, and just tried to access the link from a laptop and mobile phone. Not sure what's wrong with the site. Can you please advise?

Apologies for the confusion.


The Premium for Family and Google Home Mini offer was only available for a limited time while supplies lasted. Since it's no longer available, this would explain why you're having troubles accessing the page currently. You can find more info here

Why was the google home suggested as available for redemption until 1/15,
if in fact the product was not actually available?
