I am trying to join a duo account, but it says the addresses don't match.

I am trying to link the account with my wife (Christina) & we are entering the address

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

First, we'd recommend double-checking the address the plan's owner registered on the plan. They can see this info by heading over to their Account page to see if it matches. If it's the same address, we'd recommend updating it (they can use the same one) to refresh the info of the plan.

On another note, we suggest that you make sure you're not using any VPNs while updating the address and accepting the invite. 

Lastly, we don't recommend sharing private info in the Community so we edited your reply.
