I can't add a new member to my family plan (my wife).

I can't add a new member to my family plan (my wife).

I'm trying to add a new member to my family plan, but when my wife insert the adress, it shows an error screen (ops, sth gone wrong - try again).
Her username is: <snip - Moderator Edit>

Is she currently the owner of a different Premium Duo/Family? Or does she have Premium through a partner (e.g. Google Play)?

In having the same issue. My wife currently has Duo but cannot verify address to join my family plan

Hey @dedseed1 ,

 

In that case, your wife first needs to cancel her subscription and wait until her account reverts back to the free plan before being able to join. 🙂
