My Question or Issue

So I'm trying to leave my family plan but whenever I go to 'Account Overview' then 'Change Plan' then 'Cancel Premium', I get met with an error message 'Something went wrong. Try reloading the page.' 

 

I have tried using different browsers (Chrome & Edge), I have also tried incognito mode, and I have also tried using my phone (Pixel 7 Pro).

 

Is there anyway I can sort this?

Thanks for coming to the Community!

 

You've already done some great troubleshooting so far, but have you also tried to leave the Premium Family plan while being connected to a different internet connection (e.g. different WiFi/LAN or mobile data)?
