I have been kicked out of my wife's family plan

I have been kicked out of my wife's family plan

Hello, I received a notification that I no longer belong to the family plan, which indicates that I did not verify the address. I have not received anything to verify the address and I was also traveling. Now I cannot enter the family plan, I hope for a solution, otherwise I will cancel my wife's family plan.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You should've received an email from Spotify giving you 7 days to confirm your address. 🙂 I recommend checking your junk/spam folder as well.

I checked it when I noticed the notification that I no longer belonged to the group for not confirming the address and I have nothing, obviously even if it was in spam it is no longer useful to me because I am out.

I was able to solve it with the support chat. Thanks for answering.
