Could you check if the country of the invitee's account matches yours? More info on how to update it in this article. Something else you can try is entering the address as a Google Plus code.

I live in Sweden and the postal code validation is wrong here.
My postal code, since 20 years, is < snip - moderator edit > but Spotify's 3rd party supplier for checking addresses is still wrong.
In my case I need to accept the old postal code < snip - moderator edit > to make it work with family account.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue related to the postal code. If you would like to check the address registered to your plan, you can do so by going to your account page [here](https://www.spotify.com/account/).
If the issue is that you are unable to modify the address or a user you want to add as a member is having difficulty accepting the invitation and entering the address, please let me know so that we can help you in the best way possible!
Oh, we have also removed the postal code that you submitted, as it is private information. For security reasons, we recommend not sharing personal data in the Community, as this is a public space.

I am having the same issue. trying to add another family member (have 3 free account left) Sportify does not recognise any part of my address other than the road number and that is 'too general'. Spotify does not recongise the address it already has registed on the account already. Unable to add anything remotely close.
Having searched around for solution, I have tried on a device using in-private mode, I have tried on a completely different device altogether, I have tried Google Plus codes. Nothing works. I'm paying family Premium for 6 licenses but Spotify is blocking their use through broken address listings.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!
When entering an address for your Family plan, you should be able to do it manually instead of choosing a suggested one so can you confirm if you've tried that already? If not, give it a try and make sure it's as specific as possible to check if the error would still appear afterwards.
When it comes to using a Google Plus code, apart from the code itself, we'd recommend adding either the province or city you're in after it to make sure it works properly.
Also, keep in mind that the current members of your plan might be prompted to re-verify their address after you update it on your end.

I literally live in a distillery, near the biggest mountain in our area and Google can't find any of these addresses why is the location service so broken. They want us to just pick an arbitrary address and remember if off by heart, and when the family leader goes to check what address they put down it won't tell them because it's sensitive information.
