My Question or Issue

I followed all steps to join my family account and live at the same address, though each time I try to join the family account by clicking the link it says "a problem occured try again later" it has been a month of trying now...

I've tried on different devices and also on "private navigation"...

 

In French :

"Un problème est survenu

Merci de réessayer plus tard."

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're currently the owner of a Premium Duo/Family plan yourself, you'll need to cancel that subscription first and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you should be able to accept the invite 🙂
