After receiving invite link, I tried to enter the registered address, but even the building name can't be found. Tried to use incognito and even registered on the exact location but still can't find.

To clarify. Search is showing either 23 or 35, but not 23-35 which is what my address is.

Hello, I did the google plus code and It still doesnt find my address, I have it fine but the members I try to add can’t find it heeelppp!!!

Thanks for your reply in this thread. If you're still having issues finding your address, try searching for it directly from Google first. Copy the address exactly as Google shows it and check if that helps. You can also try using a nearby address, like a public building or park. If that works, then you just need to let the other user know they need to enter that same address when accepting the invite.

Make sure your family members are entering the exact same address as you have when attempting to join. It's important to note that their accounts' country settings need to match yours, so have them check this too, as they might have to update them before joining.
Lastly, I'd recommend making sure everyone is logged in to their own account when accepting the invite. It's worth having them log out and sign back in with their own login details to ensure everything is set up correctly.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Trying to add a new family member, I copied and pasted my same address, and says that doesn't match with my address. PD: My new family member is my Alexa, thats why I am doing the process
I have the exact same issue, I’m typing the exact same address as the plan manager but it doesn’t recognize it so I can’t access the premium plan.

Has the plan manager made changes to the address on their Family page recently? Due to updates made by a third party provider, addresses that were previously available can now no longer be found. While this isn't something we're able to change on our end, we've discovered it can be resolved if the plan manager updates the address via the Family page.
In case your specific address cannot be found anymore, the plan manager can instead enter the nearest one that can be located. For example, if they can't find their apartment number, they can just select the building instead, or a close landmark, public space or building.
Another alternative is entering the address as a Google Plus code. More info on how it works here.

I know it was a while ago but what is the "it" that worked for you please - Yordan had suggested 2 different "fixes"
Either
1) get the plan manager to change the correct address (which seems insane as all existing plan members who don't have a problem could end up unable to stay as members IF as is entirely likely they cannot match the new address spotify aske the paln manager to create)
OR
2) ask the invitee to entering the address as a Google Plus code
Which of 1 or 2 above "worked for you"
