Je ne réussis pas à trouver l'adresse de mon domicile.

Je suis le propriétaire du compte principal du l'abonnement Familial que j'ai pris. 

Sauf que je ne reussis pas à localiser mon domicile

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to set your address on your account? 

If so and it still doesn't work, could you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
