Spotify forced me to change my home address, now my wife and daughter lost their access to the plan

Spotify forced me to change my home address, now my wife and daughter lost their access to the plan

My Question or Issue: 

I am the account holder, family plan, and Spotify forced me to change my home address. When I changed my address, my wife and daughter, members of my plan, lost their access to the Family Plan. Spotify does not allow them to update their address. PLEASE help me so that my wife and daughter can update their information the same as mine so they can enjoy the Family Plan. THANK YOU!

What exactly is preventing them from joining the plan again? Are they seeing any error message(s)? If so, which one(s)? 🙂
