My Question or Issue

I just got a notification that I have been kicked off the family premium plan under my husband's name and can't rejoin for a year.  I can provide a number of items that show we are married and live at the same address.  Is there any way I can get another opportunity to prove I am associated with the address?  My username is <snip - Moderator Edit>.

Hey @CCKoala06,

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend checking your email account's inbox as well as your spam/junk folder for an email from Spotify. It's possible that they sent one where they asked you to verify your address within 7 days.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

Yes, I found it and have seen that I am now banned from the family plan for a year.  It seems a bit much to ban me from the family plan for a year for not responding in time when I am married to the plan holder and can prove with multiple documents that we live at the same address.  I get the need to keep non-family members off the plan, but banning a spouse doesn't seem to further that purpose.  Is there any way to rectify this?

Hey @CCKoala06,

Thanks for getting back. While I can't guarantee anything, it's certainly worth reaching out to Support here so that they can look into it 🙂
