NZ to UK

My Question or Issue

I have a Premium Family plan and moved from NZ to the UK.  I tried to add a new family member (myself but another email account) and entered the NZ address but it would not add me.

 

I then changed the billing to a UK card and updated my address to the UK address for my main Spotify account. 

 

Then I logged into spotify with my new accunt and tried to join the family plan again, but same issue.  When I check the main account the address for the family is the UK address, but the address under the profile is the NZ address and it is greyed out and I cant change it.

 

I want to add a new account for myself as all my sonos devices use the main spotify account and when anyone in the house is listening on sonos I get kicked offf my podcast on my phone.

If you've updated your payment method to one that's been issued in the UK, you'll need to wait until your next billing date as your country setting won't update until then.
