How best switch primary in Duo?

I love audiobooks while my spouse does not but, since he's primary on our duo account, I can't use them (a very odd policy, I must say). We want to switch me to primary. I have both our logins. Is there an easy way of achieving this while retaining all our playlists and downloaded songs?

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, the plan manager can’t be changed once the plan is created. You would have to cancel the current Premium Duo plan and wait until it has ended. Your offline music will be removed from your devices when your subscription ends but can be easily downloaded again once back on Premium.

Once it has ended, you can start a new one through the other account at https://spotify.com/duo and then invite the member account. Please keep in mind the account will only be able to join this new Premium Duo plan if they haven't been part of more than one Premium Family/Duo plan within the last 12 months.
