Hi, I have Spotify Premium for Family, but my daughter (13) can't login anymore. I wonder if it has to do with our adresses? She lives with me every other week, but she's written at her fathers adress. It has worked fine for a year, but now she's rejected. Anyone who knows?

Based on the Terms and Conditions, Family Members must all live on the same address, but split custody is an exception for this.
