My family members have been excluded from my acount

My family members have been excluded from my acount

I tried to invite them with their account, but Spotify could not verify their address.

So I told them to open a new account, but again after a month the premium account has been suspended for them....

 

How could I certify MY WIFE's account and the rest of the family?
