Hi,

I wanted to ask about discounts and how exactly do they work. I wanted to get a new account and give the old one to my mom and dad. Simply because I logged them there so they can test it if they will like it or not. Just got to know that they did and they already have some playlists there and others.

So my question here is born. On this account I already have my student discount and if I cancel it.. will it be possible to use the same student id card on a new account?

I'm asking because I know that spotify restricts new accounts on a card itself that 30 day trial is only available to not-used-before cards which is understandable, but does it work the same on student discount?
