New phone, Spotify premium is gone

New phone, Spotify premium is gone

My phone broke and now I have a New phone. I installed Spotify and logged in to my account. But all my music is gone and it says that I dont have Spotify premium, which I do have.. 

I also checked to see if I was logged in with the right account and I am.

Can someone help me to restore my music and my premium?

Hey @user-removed, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on?

 

You can also check your account overview page and let me know if the status still shows as Premium.
