No puedo agregar a mi novia

No puedo agregar a mi novia

tengo plan familiar, vivimos en el mismo hogar y me indica que no es asi, agrego todos los campos y me deja activar su cuenta, el correo de ella es mi correo con el que estoy suscrito es


que puedo hacer.
