family plan fails

Hi there

Recently I have changed my regular premium plan to family premium plan and when adding my daughter, who lives in the same house with me , the web rejects her saying she does not live in the same adress as me (fail) when verifying the adress. How can I solve this? I mean, I'm paying extra money to this and my daughter DO live in the same adress in the same house indeed.

please help me!
