No puedo ingresar a un plan familiar

My Question or Issue

a mediados del año pasado formaba parte de un plan familiar pero hace unas semanas atras esta cuenta fue cancelada y ahora que me volvieron a invitar no puedo ingresar porque solo puedo cambiar de cuenta una vez cada 12 meses, pero solo he formado parte de una plan a lo largo de este periodo.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. Hope you don't mind a reply in English, as it is the official language of the Community 🙂

You can switch plans once in 12 months, this includes switching between Premium Family and Duo. Also, you can return to the plan you just left. 

Keep in mind that the time to join a third plan is 12 months ahead from the date that the second plan started.

However, if you're sure that's not your case, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can check your account to see what is happening.
