Estou enviando convites para minha família, mas ao preencher os dados idênticos aos meus, aparece a mensagem "ocorreu um erro". Tentamos digitar outro endereço e aparece "dados incorretos". No entanto, ao inserir o endereço correto, não participe, adicione ninguém ao plano familiar. É importante ressaltar que sempre foram as mesmas pessoas no plano, mas agora estou usando o Pix como método de pagamento e esqueci de recarregar ontem (25/07). Por isso, hoje (26/07) o plano voltou para o modo gratuito, e eu imediatamente fiz o pagamento. Desde então, não consigo adicionar ninguém ao plano familiar. Gostaria de entender o que está transitório e resolver essa situação.

Can you post a screenshot of the error message the members are receiving when accepting the invitation?

In the meantime they can try accepting the invitation through a different device, an incognito browser window and a different network connection.
