I accidentally removed the wrong person from my family plan and when re-adding, the address verification is not working.

When the post code is entered, there is a blank box that appears underneath the text asking to confirm the address.

I would assume a drop down should be visible?

 

The same issue persist when I (plan owner) attempt to update the address.

Can you please ask them to give it a try on a different device and/or in a different browser? 🙂
