Plan Manager can’t log in


Premium Family 




(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)


My Question or Issue

My son is the Plan Manager of our Family Premium account and can’t log in. 
he has a username associated with the account but not an email address. 
can you reset a password with just a username?

All Spotify accounts are associated with a unique email address. 🙂 He can request a password address using the username or email address at
