My Question or Issue
My son is the Plan Manager of our Family Premium account and can’t log in.
he has a username associated with the account but not an email address.
can you reset a password with just a username?

Thanks for coming to the Community.
All Spotify accounts are associated with a unique email address. 🙂 He can request a password address using the username or email address at https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset.
