Hello,
I am now subscribing to Spotify Family and has 5 members. 4 of them have no issues but one of them cannot use the premium features of Spotify family. He already joined last week and I got an email "A has join to your family subscription".
He logged out from his device a few times.
His account is still a "free" featured account.
Please help!

The issue s most probably related to the member having more than one account.
Could you relay this FAQ on finding out if there are multiple accounts present to the member you've invited to the Family plan?
