Premium Duo Address verification does not work with absolut identical addre

Premium Duo Address verification does not work with absolut identical address. This was checked on same computer with this both accounts and same address. Checked with Mobile phone and additional a failure was send "..different country.." but the adress was correct inclusive country.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

The address verification process made by the system in Duo and Family subscriptions takes different factors into account to accept or reject the invite. First, we'd recommend trying the invite process again, but on an incognito/private window to make sure that the cache is not affecting the process.

 

If the issue persists, as the error you mentioned includes the word "country", it's possible that one of the accounts is not in the same country. You can recommend to the other user to check the country registered on their account by following the steps in this article (you can also check yours to make sure they match).

 

However, if the issue persists after this; since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the accounts and help you further.
