Premium For Family

Premium For Family

My wife is the account owner for our premium family plan, it currently is showing her as not enrolled to premium, but I am. It keeps saying we need to update our payment method, but no payment has been attempted or declined payment email received.

Hi @mbrant071, and welcome to the community!

 

Please check your account overview and let me know its status. 

 

Also, could you please ask your wife to do the same (make sure you're both logging in your own accounts) and see if you get this clear (who's the Administrator of the plan and if the payment method is ok)
