Premium family - accepted invite but still show using 'Free'version.

Premium family - accepted invite but still show using 'Free'version.

Hope someone can help on this?

 

I sent out invite for Premium Family to my son, he accepted and all that - and it also showed ''congratulations, you can start using family''. But when he launches Spotify, it shows he is still using Free version.

 

He is using android, and the gmail (where the invite is received) and Spotify app are in the same mobile. 

 

What shall I do? 

I still don't know how the last bit of connection - where the invite is received, and how the app knows about the upgrade - is made.

We both use Facebook to connect, but we tried some other ways too in different account.
