Won't let me confirm my family plan invite

I have accepted the spotify invitation to upgrade to the family plan from another user but I have been unable to have it activated. I've confirmed the address multiple times and have tried entering the information many different ways just in case I was entering something wrong but each time I try it keeps saying that I cannot be upgraded at this time. I need help please, thank you.

hey same case here, i got absolutely no idea where has gone wrong but i wasnt able to complete the confirmation after trying out a lot of solutions.
