My Question or Issue

Members of my premium family account are showing as free and cannot download songs and are dealing with ads.

Hey @DMusich,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend making sure that they're using the same account to log into the app that they've used to accept the Premium Family invite.

They can log in at https://spotify.com/account to check if the account they logged in with is part of the plan.

It is the same account as on my family plan. It shows free but when you go
to "upgrade" to premium it says you are already a member of a premium
family plan.

This is on laptop pc and android tablet.

Can you please post a screenshot of the "Your plan" section on this page as well as a screenshot of the upgrade error message?

Make sure to do this while being logged into an account that is part of the Premium Family plan as a member.
