Premium for Family invitation link does nothing

Hello,

I've subscribed to a Premium for Family subscription and have sent invitations to my family members living at the same address. The email is sent correctly but the link opens the spotify homepage and there is nothing listed in the subscriptions or Premium for Family options. When trying to redeem the code that is included in the email, an error occurs saying "This appears to be an invalid code".

Could it be that the address don't match? My Spotify account is link to my facebook account and neither account shows an address. Is there a way to see the address to confirm? Both computers are connecting via the home network (if its limited by IP).
