Hello

 I've encountered a problem I can't solve. I was in a Family plan and received an e-mail to confirm my address and I completed it but I fear that my phone's reception was low and didn't send it to Spotify's services so I was kicked out of the Family plan. I tried multiple times rejoining but always unsuccessfully. Can someone please help me to be in the Family plan once again? Thank you

Hey @Blackshy, welcome to the community!

 

This email is sent to users when the address used for the Family plan couldn't be verified. Right now, all users of the plan must live in the same physical address.

 

If you couldn't verify the address used by the plan owner, or you don't live in the same address, you won't be able to join the plan again. However, you can get Premium here.
