Premium to Famly Question

Spotify is not letting me to pay my subscription to Family premium. I enter all my information for paying (which is correct and updated) and it says is not possible, before I have not had any problem with this, but I don't know why I'm having trouble now

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to set up the Premium for Family plan.

If that doesn't help, let us know if you're getting any error messages when you try to set it up.
