Problemi indirizzo Spotify Family

Salve a tutti,

Un mese fa io e altri miei 4 amici ci siamo abbonati a Family Premium. Allo scattare del mese sono stati detratti i soldi ma io e una mia amica siamo state sganciate, dalle email arrivate sembra che sia perché non è stato possibile verificare l'indirizzo (perché solo a noi due?). Ci siamo fatte reinvitare al piano (così da poter modificare anche l'indirizzo) ma da errore.

C'è un modo per poter risolvere la questione? Anche perché, come già detto, i soldi continuano ad essere detratti ma non possiamo usufruire del servizio.

I hope you don't mind me replying in English. The community is supported in English at the moment.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated on the T&Cs.

 

If the family members can't validate the address used by the plan owner, they're removed from the plan altogether. If you don't live in the same address as the plan owner, you can get the regular Premium subscription here.
