Recover family account member

I have had my kids on Family accounts for a while. For reasons and by methods I don't know, my daughter now seems to have her own free account using the only email address she has. I want to get her back onto the Family account for obvious reasons - it's premium and she has playlists and things there.


However I can't work out how to log her back in. She still up on my Family members list with a name, but that name doesn't work as a username to log in. When she logs in with her email she goes back to her free account. I can't see any way for me to reset her credentials, only to delete and re-add her (which would presumably mean she would lose her playlists etc)


Any clues? Am I being thick?

Just to double-check, does your daughter have any of her playlists on the free account?
