Remove family member so they can start their own student account

Is there a way to remove a family member, but let them keep their Spotify account with their playlists? They would start their own Student account.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

They can "cancel" their membership via the cancellation process for a paid subscription with the difference, that the cancellation of their membership in a Family plan has an instantaneous effect. More info on how to do that can be found here.

Alternatively, you can also remove them from the plan yourself by following these steps.
